Add Third Parties

It's more and more common to have a bunch of third parties related to your organization. Here, we will show you how to add third parties to the Anove app!

Adding Third Parties

Here's how to add your company's partners or other third parties:

Go to 'Third Party Management' and click on 'Add

Fill in Reference, Name, Description, Role, Headquarters Location, and Address
Click on 'Add'

You have successfully added a third party!✅

Displaying Third Parties

Back at the 'Third Party Management' page you will see an overview of all your third parties, as well as the countries they are located in.

     "Assets are your organization’s core. Here you will learn how to add them and how to classify them.To add assets, it's essential to have asset classifications in place. Adding Assets

After assigning asset classifications, you can start adding Assets.

Go to 'Operational' -> 'Assets' and click on 'Add'

Fill in Reference, Name, and Description
Assign an Owner (Don’t see any owners? Check Adding Staff)
Assign Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability
Click on 'Add'

🎉 You have now successfully added an Asset!

Displaying Assets

Back at the 'Assets' page, you can view all of your assets.

Go to 'Operational' -> 'Tasks'

Click on 'Add'
Fill in Name, Description, Start and Due Date, Owner, Business Unit, and Status
Click on 'Add'

You have now successfully added a task! ✅

Back at the 'Tasks' page, you will see a list of all your tasks!
