Asset and Risk Management Classification Guide


To assess your assets and risks, Anove uses a classification scale. You can either use a standard classification provided by us or use one that is preferred by your organization.



Adding a Standard Set of Asset Classifications


Here's how to add a standard set of classifications:


  1. Go to 'Settings' -> 'Environment'



  1. Go to 'Company Settings' -> 'Go to environment settings'



  1. Go to 'Asset classification' and click on 'Import'



  1. Click on 'Yes, please'


You have now successfully added standard asset classifications! ✅




Adding Your Own Set of Asset Classifications


Here's how to add asset classifications manually:


  1. Go to 'Settings' -> 'Environment



  1. Go to 'Company Settings' -> 'Go to environment settings



  1. Go to 'Asset classification' and click on 'Add'



  1. Fill in NameDescriptionType, and Value


  1. Click on 'Add'


You have now successfully added asset classifications manually! ✅

Here's how to add a standard set of risk management criteria:


  1. Go to 'Settings' -> 'Environment'



  1. Go to 'Company Settings' -> 'Go to environment settings'



  1. Go to 'Asset classification' and click on 'Add'


  1. Fill in NameDescriptionType, and Value


  1. Click on 'Add'
